Kalter Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation is an in-network provider with the following plans, and accepts most other commercial plans. If your plan is not listed, please contact us as we are constantly adding new plans and will be happy to work with you to make the care you need accessible.
We accept NY and NJ workers’ compensation, as well as NY no-fault and NJ PIP insurance. So if you live, work or were injured in NY or NJ, we are in-network if your care will be covered by any of these plans. All of these plans have specific paperwork and documentation requirements and we are happy to provide our experience and expertise to complete the forms and ensure you receive the care – and coverage – you deserve.
